High level of troubleshooting and diagnostic skills including ELECTRICAL.  Must have an organized approach to identifying the root cause of a problem and solving it.  Must be safety-minded for self and others.  Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.

  • Repair equipment including pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, blowers, and conveyors.
  • Install new equipment as necessary
  • Repair electrical equipment including motors, control wiring, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, sensors and all electrical controls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on equipment as described in the MVP software.

 

Manufacturing associates will assist in the assembly of finished Windsor products.   Associates handle raw materials to cut and assemble various components for our windows and doors.  Associates participate in Safety and Quality awareness on the job site.  Associates work as problem solvers while interacting with a wide range of personnel.

 

Depending on job placement, our team members may be responsible for the following:

- Operate small and large machines

- Inspect all products for quality

- Use of various hand and power tools; air gun, nail gun, saws, drills, measuring tape etc.

- Stage and packaging finished products before delivery

- Pull parts needed for assembly

- Read and understand various orders, labels and schedules associated with finished products

- Lift heavy materials and units at various stages of production up to 60 – 100 lbs

- Overtime as required

- Other duties as assigned

 

Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required including tape measure skills. Factory work setting. Not climate controlled.  Not noise controlled.

Salary range:  $30 - $38 per hour

2nd shift hours:

Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 pm Friday ad Saturday as required Overtime or On Call
