Starting Salary: Grade 7
Employment Type: Hourty FT
Work Environment: On site - 2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am OT as needed
Job Duties:
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Troubleshooting, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems on equipment
- Repair equipment including pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, blowers, and conveyors
- Repair electrical equipment including motors, control wiring, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, sensors, and all electrical controls
- Install new equipment as necessary
- Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Perform calculations
- Perform PMs on equipment as described in the CMMS software
- Some CNC and PLC troubleshooting
- High level attention to detail
Requirements:
- Dependable transportation
- 1-5 years experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar field
