Department: QualitySchedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM


Summary
Quality Team Members play a vital role in ensuring products meet established quality and safety standards. This position involves inspection, testing, data collection, and collaboration with team members to maintain high product quality.


Duties and Responsibilities
•    Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

•    Work collaboratively as part of a team
•    Interpret and apply quality assurance standards and procedures
•    Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products

•    Make sound decisions related to product quality and clearly communicate findings
•    Collect, analyze, and compile statistical quality data
•    Demonstrate leadership and accountability when addressing quality concerns

•    Plan, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities


Qualifications
•    Experience using measurement and testing tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and thermometers

•    Knowledge of quality testing and inspection processes
•    Strong numerical skills with an understanding of basic statistics
•    Customer service–oriented mindset

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Working knowledge of SAP preferred


Physical Demands
•    Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday

•    Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
•    Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching


Work Environment
•    Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts

•    Occasional exposure to heights
•    Regular exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme heat related to weather
•    Noise levels may be loud in certain areas


Travel
•    No travel required
