Millwork Pro Lead – Interior / Exterior- Night Shift
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (OT as needed)
Starting Pay: $18/hour, with three structured wage increases in your first year as you grow in the role.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with management to set daily goals and plan staffing needs
- Keep operations running efficiently by organizing people, equipment, and workflow
- Take initiative to solve problems and support the team
- Train, coach, and develop employees
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Physical & Work Environment
* Standing/walking most of shift; lift up to 75 lbs
* Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
* Warehouse environment with machinery, noise, dust, and temperature changes
