Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am (OT when necessary)

Summary

Works with management to forecast needs and establish daily goals for the team.
Assists in reallocating your daily resources—people, equipment, and time to achieve set objectives efficiently.
Assists in retaining employees capable of fulfilling assignments and achieving set objectives.
Assists in training employees in the proper completion of tasks and leads them in the successful pursuit of their goals.
Monitors progress with coaches and ensures compliance with established objectives.
Assists in evaluating group/individual performance, rewarding and correcting employees whenever appropriate.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

Working with others
Offering new ideas, sharing what you know, and listening to others.
Maintaining a neat and clean warehouse and workspace.
 

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1-3 years forklift experience preferred.
1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. (On-time attendance is a must.)
Good problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills; can civilly collaborate and interact with other humans.
 

Physical Demands
You will be standing, and walking, for a large part of the day.Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch.

 
Work Environment
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to heights; regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat related to weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud in some areas.  

Travel
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
