Schedule: M-F 5:00 am- 1:30 pm

Overtime: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, as needed.

Job Summary:  

Woodgrain is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Millwork Specialist to join our Pre-Finish team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, pulling, staining, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safe material handling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, pull, stain, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Verify orders are complete, accurate, and free from damage.
  • Safely lift, move, stack, and stage materials on carts and the pre-finish line.
  • Operate machinery, power tools, and equipment as assigned.
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory using powered equipment when required.
  • Assemble products according to quality and production standards.
  • Support team goals and contribute to achieving key performance metrics.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to work with a team.

 

Physical Demands:

We work hard to create a comfortable and safe workplace, but some conditions are affected by seasonal weather and facility environments.

This position requires the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
  • Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Work safely and consistently in a manufacturing setting.
  • Participate in daily team warm-up and stretching activities.
