Overtime: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, as needed.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build, pull, stain, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify orders are complete, accurate, and free from damage.
- Safely lift, move, stack, and stage materials on carts and the pre-finish line.
- Operate machinery, power tools, and equipment as assigned.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory using powered equipment when required.
- Assemble products according to quality and production standards.
- Support team goals and contribute to achieving key performance metrics.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work with a team.
Physical Demands:
We work hard to create a comfortable and safe workplace, but some conditions are affected by seasonal weather and facility environments.
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.
- Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Work safely and consistently in a manufacturing setting.
- Participate in daily team warm-up and stretching activities.
