Gross Monthly Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 45,000 (depending on experience)
Work Arrangement: Office Based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support to divisional HR departments across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to source, assess, and secure talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is critical to ensuring Woodgrain provides a high-quality recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment for HR teams and hiring managers, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
- Proactively source candidates and work to build a talent pipeline for positions
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and make recommendations to the hiring teams
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring manager and interview teams
- Provide candidate recommendations and insights to support decision-making
- Manage and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
- Facilitate the offer process, as requested
- Support pre-employment processes and partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition through onboarding
- Performe employee onboarding tasks, such as background and drug screenings, as requested by HR
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fil, candidate activity, and hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and standard recruiting practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 year of previous work experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preference will be given to candidates with manufacturing or high-volume recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) is preferred.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel:
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
