Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Talent Acquisition function supporting Woodgrain’s division HR departments and business operations. This position provides strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of timely, consistent, high-quality recruiting services aligned with organizational workforce needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, establish recruiting standards and best practices, optimize processes, and ensure the effective use of recruiting resources and technology. The position is responsible for team performance, service delivery, recruiting metrics, workforce pipeline development, and continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including workload allocation, performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Managing the recruitment spending and advertisement costs on various platforms
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce needs.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and other high-impact positions.
  • Provide strategic oversight of complex and hard-to-fill requisitions.
  • Establish recruiting standards, processes, SOPs, and service expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership with recruiting insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Oversee effective use of ATS, HRIS, and other recruiting technology.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies, vendors, and other external talent partners.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements and initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Talent Acquisition matters and stakeholder concerns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site or global organization.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or people-management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing recruiting strategies and managing complex or specialized recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruiting technology.
  • Experience managing recruiting agencies or vendors preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

 

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
