Job Title: Millwork Pro – Administrative Support

Location: Lexington, NC

Starting Salary: $17.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Work Environment: In-Person, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service to customers. This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with administrative tasks to maintain efficiency across various departments, including Exterior, Interior, Shipping, Pre-Finish, Transportation, and Receiving.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

* Process orders, including data entry and order tracking, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

* Assist in coordinating shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.

* Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational             challenges.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including customer interactions and order details.

* Monitor and follow up on pending orders or customer requests.

* Support administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing paperwork.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.

* Operate powered equipment if necessary (with proper certification).

 * Assist in cross-training efforts to enhance team flexibility.

* Identify and report any operational or customer service concerns to leadership. 

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED.

* 6 months to 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.

* SAP experience preferred.

* Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.

* Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

* Ability to make informed, logical decisions in a high-speed environment.

* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Expert computer skills.

* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.

 

Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
