Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Woodgrain Marketing team to develop and execute marketing solutions that support the Woodgrain brand, products, and messaging. This role plays a key part in unifying the brand identity and increasing awareness across the marketplace through high-quality digital and print materials. The Graphic Designer supports marketing initiatives by creating content, responding to information requests, and assisting with various department projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain a consistent look and feel that is aligned with the Woodgrain brand guidelines across campaigns and ad hoc requests
- Create and curate a wide range of digital and print marketing materials
- Design catalogs and collateral for use by the sales teams
- Regularly update and improve existing materials to enhance branding and content quality
- Develop visual and written content across the organization, including videos, photography, messaging, and brand storytelling
- Maintain and update the company website, identifying opportunities for improvements
- Support the development of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Create content for both internal and external newsletters
- Stay current on industry trends, company news, products, and content to best support the marketing strategy initiatives
- Assist with managing the Marketing Teams channel and digital asset management platform
- Lead booth design efforts and create marketing assets for trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, English, Communications, or related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have at least 2 years of graphic design experience in a marketing environment
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles and best practices
- Photography and/or videography experience is preferred. Can be both professional or personal.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to press, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations, but travel may be offered on occasion for business related needs.
Schedule: This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, excluding company holidays, with working hours that may vary based on departmental needs.
