PRIMARY ROLE

Position Summary

 

The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role ensures recruitment strategies align with business goals, promotes a positive candidate experience, and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.

 

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks

 

 

  • Work with HR Manager and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
  • Develop job postings and manage job boards
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Knowledge

Skills and Abilities

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting strategies and tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitasks and prioritize effectively

  •   Office/manufacturing facility – climate-controlled office; dirt/dust temperature fluctuation     when in manufacturing environment.
