JOB EXPECTATIONS

Main Responsibilities Essential Tasks

 

 

  • Work with Professional Development Manager and Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings
  • Maintain and update training calendars, attendance records, and course materials
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training documentation
  • Manage communication with trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders
  • Track and report training completion and compliance metrics
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for training records
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks related to training activities
  • Assist with the development and distribution of training communications and promotional materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the Professional Development Manager as needed

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Knowledge

Skills and Abilities

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or training support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with learning management systems or training platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Franklin Covey is a plus
  • Experience with Predictive Index or other Assessment tools is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Equipment & Machines

  • Office/manufacturing facility – climate-controlled office; dirt/dust temperature fluctuation     when in manufacturing environment.
  • Noise level is usually moderate.
  • Minimal travel required
  • Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
