- Maintain and support existing relationships within 3PL customers and 3PL warehouses
- Process 3PL customer inbound and transfer material requests
- Coordinate 3PL customer inventory cycle count requests
- Process 3PL customer open order reports, POD requests, and cancelation reports
- Manage the 3PL warehouse process, i.e., process EDI errors, cancel OOS orders
- Maintain 3PL contact list, cross reference material sheet, and 3PL warehouse contacts
- Process new orders for the Panel and Fiberon programs
- Manage the panel production schedule to ensure timely shipping.
- Communicate with Transportation on ready to ship panel orders.
- Perform weekly consignment inventory and direct panel billings.
- Communicate with Woodgrain warehouses and transportation on Fiberon stock and special orders
- Answer inbound customer calls
- All other duties that may be assigned
