We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in sales leadership, team development, and customer relationship management.


Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and support company objectives. This role will require a proactive leader with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
    • Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance team effectiveness.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive productivity.
  • Sales & Customer Management:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and meet revenue objectives.
    • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the outside sales team to align efforts and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Process Improvement & Strategy:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
    • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align business goals.
  • Administrative & Reporting Duties:

    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and key insights to management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and customer agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
    • Experience in the wood products, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
