Job Summary:
The HRIS Support Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective HR shared services to the HR departments and team members across the organization. This position will support HR operations through the processing and managing of a variety of HR transactions while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employees records within the HR systems. The HRIS Support Coordinator will ensure data integrity and confidentiality is maintained at all times and will support compliance with all privacy regulations and company policies. This position will support the HRIS Specialists with testing system environment changes as needed. 


Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Perform routine maintenance of HR data within the systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Provide support with HR transactions and requests while focusing on accuracy of data, customer services, professional communication, and timely completion
  • Assist with divisional needs from the HR departments, as needed (i.e., I9 verifications, verification of employments, etc.)
  • Research data discrepancies and escalate findings to the HRIS Support Services Supervisor as applicable
  • Prepare and complete a variety of local, state, and federal surveys and forms in assistance to the internal and external audit processes. (i.e., EEO, BLS, New Hire Reports, etc.)
  • Run and distribute reports from the HR systems
  • Create reports in the HR systems to share with end-users to accomplish business needs
  • Regularly run and audit reports to ensure data accuracy within the systems
  • Contribute to the documentation of the HRIS processes, procedures, and workflows. As well as participate in the process improvement initiatives within the department 
  • May assist with user acceptance testing for projects, upgrades, and enhancements in coordination with the HRIS Specialists
  • Participate in testing within the systems to verify and troubleshoot HCM functions and processes

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in HR services or an administrative role. Preference will be given to experience working with an HR Information System.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Dependable and committed to ensuring consistent, punctual, and regular attendance
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and writing. Additional languages preferred. 

 

Physical Demands:

The physical demands and work environment for this role align with those of a standard office setting. While performing job duties, the employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as talk and hear. This role may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. 

 

Travel:

This position may require travel to other Woodgrain locations, expected travel time is less than 5%.
