Job Summary:
Reporting to the Finished Elegance Supervisor, the FE Production Support will be responsible for loading, offloading, and quality checking interior moulding from the line and inspecting for quality defects in order to meet customer specifications and established quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Unload Interior moulding from Production line and stack moulding into carton.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of each moulding piece to identify defects such as cracks, chips, scratches, and other imperfections that do not meet the established standards.
• Offload poor quality product and place in bin, ensuring no defective product are passed on for packaging or shipment.
• Immediately report any non-compliance or quality issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving issues when necessary.
• Uphold the company values of Integrity, Servant Leadership, Respect for People, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Focus.
• Proper PPE Usage while performing all job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling of products, including lifting, stacking, and sorting moulding pieces.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature-controlled environments.

• Ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, e.g. safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE as required by specific jobs.
• High level attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
This position occasionally requires long hours and occasional weekend work. The employee is expected to be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
Travel:
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
