The National Accounts Manager – Lowe’s is responsible for driving growth and managing the day-to-day business for Woodgrain’s largest customer within the Interior Door category. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship management to support existing programs and execute new product launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams—including Product Marketing, Sales Support, and SIOP—as well as key Lowe’s stakeholders to ensure alignment on demand planning, promotions, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. By identifying growth opportunities, executing promotional strategies, and analyzing market trends, the National Accounts Manager will play a critical role in achieving sales and profit targets, enhancing customer relationships, and strengthening Woodgrain’s position within Lowe’s retail and professional channels.

Responsibilities of the National Accounts Manager of Lowe’s will include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Manage and grow the Interior Door Business with our largest customer.
  • Work internally with Product Marketing team to support current programs and launch new products.
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure alignment on POP and other marketing tools are being produced.
  • Assist Sr. Director in working with SIOP to develop accurate demand planning for the customer.
  • Work with Sales Support team to coordinate all appropriate support for the customer.
  • Identify potential market opportunities for growth at this key account.
  • Develop & execute promotional activities to stimulate sales.
  • Monitor and review all sales reports on a regular basis to meet and exceed all sales and profit budgets.
  • Partner with Lowe’s Teams and coordinate project execution.
  • Ensure Merchandising Team understands promotional activities, POG updates and set integrity.
  • Prepare rebate agreements, quotes price, solicits and processes sales orders from customers.
  • Establish new and maintain existing working relationships with Merchants, Pro Sales Leaders, E-comm Merchants, IPR Team, Brand Advocacy and other key decision makers.
  • Communicates with DC Management and sales personnel and provides analysis of current market conditions for their market.

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Interior door product knowledge and experience a huge plus!
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing software.
  • Planograms and SAP experience is a bonus.
