PHP 35,000 - PHP 55,000 (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiting Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical, professional, and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role serves as a strategic talent partner for divisional HR teams and hiring leaders. The Technical Recruiting Specialist will help to build talent pipelines, develop recruiting strategies, and secure top talent aligned with Woodgrain’s business obejctives.  



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for HR teams and hiring managers, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination for technical, professional positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to develop effective recruiting strategies, define talent profiles, and align hiring plans with business needs
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates through networking, market research, recruiting tools, and industry partnerships
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, capabilities, and organizational fit to make hiring recommendations
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview process with hiring managers and panels to ensure an efficient candidate experience
  • Manage candidate activity and recruiting workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities for selected candidates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and standard recruiting practices


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 5 years of previous work experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, with experience recruiting for technical, professional, leadership, or hard-to-fill positions is preferred
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, IT, operations, or corporate environments is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience utilizing sourcing platforms and recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and HRIS platforms preferred

 

Additional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends
  • Ability to recruit and evaluate candidates for technical, specialized, and leadership-level positions
  • Strong business partnership and consultative relationship-building skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.

 

Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

 

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
