Gross Monthly Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 (depending on experience)
Work Arrangement: Office Based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The Sales Adminisrtative Specialist supports the Sales organization by managing, analyzing, and reporting key sales data, ensuring timely communication across teams, and maintaining rebate and territory programs. This role enables sales leaders to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall sales effectiveness while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, customer churn, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare analytics and materials to support Regional Sales Managers, National Account teams, and quarterly business reviews.
- Track and manage all Woodgrain rebate programs for National Accounts and local dealers.
- Update rebate programs monthly and quarterly to ensure accuracy and alignment with sales initiatives.
- Prepare data for quarterly business review meetings.
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement with National Account Dealers.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports including:
- Excess inventory updates
- Reload scorecards
- Sales rep leaderboards
- Motus analytics
- RONA forecast reports
- Churn reports
- Paradigm quote reports
- Quote pipeline reports
- Product line reports
- Sales trend reports
- Monthly commission reports
- Build and maintain territory realignment files.
- Create and update Google Maps territory layouts.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate effectively across all business functions to support departmental and customer needs.
- Maintain strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through on tasks
Requirements:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Higher education is preferred
- Have at least 1 year of previous work experience in sales support, sales administration, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience working with SAP and BI tools for data extraction and reporting, is preferred but not required

Travel:
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
