Job Title: Production Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Gross Monthly Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:

The Production Planning & Scheduling Specialist ensures the timely planning, ordering, and scheduling of insulated glass (IG) for the Iowa and North Carolina plants. By collaborating with Customer Support, Drafting, Scheduling, and Production teams, this role helps maintain material availability, coordinate production, and support on-time customer delivery. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order Cardinal insulated glass (IG) to support window production requirements.
• Schedule manufactured insulated glass (IG) to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Drafting, and Production to resolve glass-related questions, changes, and issues.
• Monitor glass availability and proactively communicate potential shortages, delays, or scheduling conflicts to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, purchase orders, reorder documentation, and related order information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency, ordering accuracy, and material flow.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. 
• At least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing, production scheduling, purchasing, material planning, or a related field. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with little to no issue dealing with multiple tasks and projects at one time.
• Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds.

The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
