PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department by ensuring marketing systems, databases, websites, and product information remain accurate, organized and up-to-date. This position has a strong focus on database and data management. The Marketing Specialist performs regular audits supports data integrity initiatives, and identifies opportunities to improve data accuracy, consistency, and system effectiveness. By having a strong attention to detail this role helps to ensure marketing campaigns and communications are built on quality information that drives results. 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update the marketing email database to ensure accuracy, proper segmentation, and alignment with customer records and parent account structures.
  • Partner with Operations and Sales teams to proactively collect, verify, and import customer contact information.
  • Support ongoing data integrity initiatives to enhance campaign targeting, reporting, and analytics performance.
  • Monitor database health and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain product information across company websites, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify product information, service areas, and status updates for accuracy and consistency.
  • Proof product data and digital content for completeness, branding alignment, and quality assurance.
  • Support product launches by ensuring digital and marketing assets are ready across all relevant platforms.
  • Manage business card ordering and assist with company store operations, including branded merchandise management.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral orders with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage digital marketing assets, templates, and shared resources for departmental use.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed, contributing to smooth operational workflow.


Requirements:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in marketing, data management, or other related position
  • Experience working with databases spreadsheets, and content management systems
  • Familiarity working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or product information management (PIM) systems is highly desire

 

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Micosoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and workflows
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills to be leveraged across virtual platforms and in-person
  • Must be able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service abilities and abilities to interact with professionalism, composure, and empathy
  • Ability to review projects, problems, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to quality and achieving results that are oriented to detail and task completion

 

Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

 

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
