PHP 40,000 - PHP 65,000 (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The IT Financial Analyst is responsible for managing, tracking, and producing financial reports related to IT spending. This position will support the financial operations of IT through the tracking of purchase orders, budgets, vendor and contract administration, and spending. The IT Financial Analyst works closely with IT leadership and Finance teams to ensure financial tracking is accurate, timely, and in alignment with organizational budget and priorities.    

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support forecasting of IT expenses, including hardware, software licensing, and service contracts
  • Create, review, and process IT purchase orders (POs) for hardware, software, and services within the procurement system
  • Ensure all POs are accurately coded, approved, and aligned with budget allocations
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on IT spending, including variance analysis
  • Reconcile financial data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor IT budgets and track actual spend against approved plans
  • Assist with cost analysis, optimization efforts, and business case development for IT investments
  • Maintain visibility into software subscriptions, maintenance agreements, and renewal timelines
  • Support contract tracking and documentation, including vendor ownership and key terms
  • Generate financial and procurement reports for IT leadership
  • Support internal and external audits related to IT financial activity
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies, delays, or billing issues
  • Participate in financial planning for IT projects, initiatives, and capital expenditures


Requirements:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical areas such as Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience working in financial operations, procurement, or IT financial support
  • Must have experience working with purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, formulas, reporting) is essential
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and exposure to IT Service Management tools are preferred, but not required

The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

 

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
