PHP 60,000 - PHP 85,000 (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:

The SAP Data Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining data and application integrations across the organization's enterprise systems. This role utilizes SAP integration technologies, including SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) and SAP Integration Suite, to enable reliable communication between SAP and non-SAP applications. Working closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and senior developers, the SAP Data Integration Developer assists in delivering scalable integration solutions that support business operations, improve data accuracy, and promote system reliability. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support integrations using SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)
  • Assist in designing and implementing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations
  • Configure and maintain integration objects including communication channels, adapters, message mappings, routing, and transformation logic
  • Monitor integration processing, troubleshoot interface issues, and resolve data transmission errors to ensure reliable system performance
  • Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring issues
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and business users to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, configuration documentation, and support procedures
  • Follow established development standards, integration architecture, security requirements, naming conventions, and change management processes
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of SAP integration technologies and emerging best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting application integrations, middleware technologies, or software development.
  • Foundational knowledge of SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or comparable enterprise integration platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including:
    • REST and SOAP web services
    • XML, JSON, and IDoc message formats
    • File-based integrations (CSV, XML, SFTP)
    • APIs and middleware architecture

 

Additional Skills:

  • Basic understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with little to no issue dealing with multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds

 

Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  

 

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
