Gross Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 75,000 (depending on experience)
Work Arrangement: Office Based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am (Philippine Time)

Job Summary:
The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. This role will bridge the gap between the technical data structures and business needs, ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to drive decision-making. This Business Reporting Analyst will improve visibility into sales performance, trends, and operational effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Data Architecture and BI teams to support data structures, including data models, extractors, and reporting tools.
- Translate business needs into data requirements and assist in developing scalable reporting solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to support divisional operations and leadership.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations tailored to business stakeholders.
- Perform data extraction from systems, databases, and external sources with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare materials and insights for:
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Sales leadership meetings
- National account reviews
- Analyze customer behavior, including churn, pipeline activity, and sales performance trends.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer engagement.
- Prepare and maintain reports including, but not limited to:
- Sales trend and forecast reports
- Commission reports
- Customer churn and pipeline reports
- Product line performance
- Inventory and scorecard reporting
- Build and maintain territory alignment files and mapping tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with business needs and priorities.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical areas such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Business. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
- At least 3 years of documented experience in a similar position performing business or sales analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience working with SAP and BI tools for data extraction and reporting, is preferred but not required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience working with databases and data extraction tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
