•    Woodgrain will never ask candidates for money or to cover hiring costs.  Woodgrain does not charge any fees for job applications or hiring procedures.

•    All authentic job opportunities with Woodgrain can be applied for through this Applicant Tracking System (jobs.woodgrain.com) or through our partnership with Indeed using their "Apply with Indeed" feature. If you are asked to apply or provide personal information outside of jobs.woodgrain.com or verified Indeed postings using the Apply with Indeed feature, the opportunity is not from Woodgrain and may be fraudulent. 

•    If a posting instructs you to apply by emailing a résumé or any personal information — even if the email appears to be to/from Woodgrain — the posting is not authorized and may be fraudulent.
